Rental terms & conditions

The rider must be at least 18 years old.

A valid category B driving licence is required to operate a quad.

When collecting the vehicle you must present a valid ID card (or passport) and driving licence, from which the details for the rental agreement are taken.

Wearing a protective helmet is required by law for the entire duration of the ride, for both rider and passenger. The helmet must be properly fastened.

We recommend wearing sturdy, closed footwear and long-sleeved, long-legged clothing to protect against branches and stones.

Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that reduces physical or mental ability is strictly prohibited.

A quad is a registered vehicle and an equal participant in traffic. The rider is obliged to strictly obey all traffic signs and the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

When riding off paved roads, speed must be adapted to the terrain conditions (mud, incline, rocks).

Aggressive riding ("hooning"), deliberate sliding ("drifting"), jumping with the vehicle, riding through deep water (above the level of the engine/air intake), and riding on protected public areas and private property are strictly prohibited.

A maximum of two people may be on a quad at the same time (if the quad is registered for two). The rider is responsible for the conduct and safety of their passenger.

By signing the rental agreement, the rider assumes full financial liability for the vehicle. In the event of a rollover, collision or breakdown caused by careless and improper handling (contrary to these rules), the rider bears the cost of repairs and replacement of parts.

All traffic fines, parking fines or offences recorded during the rental period are the sole cost and responsibility of the renter (rider).

A security deposit (in cash) is left when collecting the vehicle. It is returned in full at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in working order and without damage.

In the event of any technical problem, breakdown or traffic accident, the rider must immediately stop the vehicle in a safe place and contact the base (rental staff) and, if necessary, notify the relevant services (police/ambulance).
